Hi Cyberair,

For the past 3 months I've had to put the site in maintenance mode as i did not have time to moderate it, nor have I ever monetized the site over the years. The current verified user base stands at just over 5,700 members and i dont have any traffic stats as i didn't implement analytics on this particular name.

For an ultra quick sale i am now setting a BIN at $11,500 (Buyer pays Escrow.com fees, or no fees for straight wire).

I hope it goes to a good home > POST SOLD TO CLAIM

The members still exist yet i would suggest whoever buys the site creates an email via the admin section telling all members that the site is back up and running because currently they cant access the site due to it being maintenance mode if that makes sense. Although it has a respectable member base, the daily users surfing the site where between 100 - 250, with the domains for sale section being a quite popular.
