I tried buying this domain from Ireit last year. We agreed on a price, then they jacked up the price 500% when I attempted to complete the transaction. Nice name though. Best of luck...

I can assure that I did not own this domain at that time. This domain was recently acquired via a small portfolio purchase.

ElectricGuitars.com is a keyword, product specific, category killer .com that should rank well naturally once it has been developed.

I have received several offers in the xx,xxx range, highest offer being 30k by a respected forum member.

I am currently looking for offers closer to 60k however, I would be willing to consider pushing the domain to auction at sedo at 45k.
