I am interested, but I have a couple of questions;

1. How can the domain have such huge traffic, when it never has been developed, google only has the parked page indexed and it looks like all/most of the backlinks are from your own posts in different webmaster/domaining forums etc.
2. How can xxxx number of visitors return every day, when they found out the first time that the domain was parked? I mean, if the domain had pure typein-traffic, then would this many visitors come back day after day? Are they waiting for the site to be developed or something?

I am interested in making an offer if you can provide some sort of information on why the domain gets traffic, what the traffic is and where the traffic comes from. Thank you.

Not sure, some guy tried selling the domain to me about half year ago for a few $100 cause it was about to drop. I didn't end up buying it. Then I checked a few weeks after and he had dropped it so, I picked it up, traffic was a bit poorer, but I parked it and got a few bucks a week, about $5. Not sure why he dropped it.

I decided to sell it now, so I can get a bit of cash.

I withdraw my offer after I see that your paypal account is not even verified. I am not making any payments to an unverified PayPal account. I'm sorry but this entire sale is too fishy for me. Unless the buyer can show some details on where the traffic is coming from, I will stay far away from this domain.

Dude, a 3 month refund is worth nothing if I can't even verify who you are. Will you be answering my e-mail/PM/phone in 3 months? Yes, probably, but I can't just throw my money down the toilet if you decide not to.

I run some "checks" every time I buy a domain and in this case, this domain/offer failed all my "checks".

1. No detailed information on where the traffic comes from.

2. A 5 months old domain, consisting of an unfrequent keyword, that has never been developed, gets xx,xxx visitors daily?

3. You're offering a very/too good deal; full refund after 3 months and a very low price.

4. You only accept payments to your unverified PayPal account.

I am not accusing you of anything, but you do understand why I'm a little uncertain about this entire offer, right?

background information on the keyword/term. If you are not sure or simply
have no clue where the traffic is coming from then please state so.

Rule 5) The complete domain name must be shown in the initial post so potential
buyers are able to verify the name is the same name as indicated in stats.
The stats must also contain the Domain Name in the screenshot!
