On 13th Oct I offered an amount to the seller for waandoo.fr and he replied back in 5-6 hours and agreed to it. After PM'ing I had to travel so I did not have net access on 14th but I did reply him on 15th asking for his Paypal email address. Now he says that the income has increased in 1 day and does not want to sell it for the agreed amount. Is this allowed in this forum?

I mean if a seller sells something and he or she finds that its income has increased in 1 day, can they back out and state that reason?

first of all i closed the auction and made a post "no more offers" the very next day..2)i said to the buyer i agree to sell it and in the same pm i sent him my paypal address..3)he didn't answer for 48 hours although he knew that i said ok to sell and also he had my paypal address..4)i had 1 offer for the same domain and one for all the portfolio from a dnf member which i declined because i had a deal with "syed"..5)i change a keyword in ND for this domain and now it has 27 % CTR and in from 1-17 octomber has 2 times the revenue which had all september...would any of u dnf members sell a domain to someone who hasn't answered for 2 days and would u sell him a domain which with a litle change in the keyword from 0.2 $/day makes 1.4$/day.?for all the above i can also post all the pm's i sent him and the ones he sent me...so mr syed i sent u a pm yesterday and although u didn't speak very well i said :(i am sorry ,but u are late) and please let's have no hard fealings..
