The domain can be transfert to the registrar you want (like GoDaddy). The cost is usually the same as a new registration (10-15$ +-)
Very easy to tranfert. You make the request with the new registrar, I accept the transfert et voilà. Should take less then 24h.
Of course, you can keep the same registrar (Namespro) and the domain can be "push" in your account.
