The point of a PM is to keep it private. I PM'd the offer of $125. I did it through PM to maintain privacy which should be respected and not told to anyone who is a cry baby and cries foul.Originally Posted by aspecht

No hard feelings on my end if you decide to withdraw your offer since it wasn't kept private as you had anticipated.

i am just amazed that a 4 year member here with 14,000+ posts would be asking for this type of information which should obviously be kept private.
As mentioned, I will be the backup buyer.
I am not going to go over that amount offered as a matter of integrity on my part.
It should remain confidential.

As mentioned, not accusing you of anything.
I am (and always have been) suspicious of public offers posted and suddenly the seller pulls a PM out of nowhere and posts an upset bid. We know in many instances this is merely a tactic of generating more and higher amounts.
