I reserve the right to refuse sale at anytime (IE if I think the domain is worth more than final bid, but as long as the bids are 'sensible' there will be no reason to refuse. Just because there is a BIN that doesn't mean I'd not except $5, it depends on each domain. ALL DOMAINS WILL BE TRANSFERED WITH AN EXTRA YEAR.
