The domain has never been promoted and it gets some traffic and revenue parked, though the sale is not based on its stats.

I checked, briefly, at www.uspto.gov and do not see a TM.

How can that be? Maybe I am not searching correctly. Can someone else checK?
This is a major technology, surely Intel has a TM?

I checked too and there is no TM in that database for Core 2 Duo technology. Even better.
