Stats are non-factor for this domain, it has all the value it needs with no traffic.

Yes and no. For some they are just "kicking tires" and asking for stats and they don't have the ability to pay xx,xxx to xxx,xxx. That's ok but the industry has matured to recognize the value of a domain is not always solely based on traffic alone. What value do the stats ad to a domain of this caliber? It's worth xx,xxx to xxx,xxx regardless of traffic. I see this often in here but in other forums you may never see someone ask that question. Traffic might be more important for a name of less value where the word is a fanciful or created term and not a dictionary word. Neverless, I don't want to hijack this thread but I hope this is helpful to all. Part.com is a great name.

Some people only buy solely based on revenue multiples, it's up to every person to make his own criteria for a budget, after all it's his money. When you have no intention to develop a name and you just want to park it then IMO ppc multiples are the only factor that matters
