I'm telling you the correct way to get proper results for "properties rate". It is NOT 19+ million, and there are new people to the domain business who do not know this. If you're advertising this domain as getting 19 million results on Google, then that isn't correct and I'm letting you know this before a buyer buys this thinking it gets 19 million results for "properties rate", and YES quotes do matter on correct # of results on a search of terms, especially when you're marketing this as a compound term with two words in conjunction with each other.
