TWO PORTFOLIOS FOR SALE, gTLD (Area18.com, Xoru.com) + ccTLD (Business.tc, Games.vg)

Seeking offers on the following PORTFOLIOS, a portfolio of gTLD names (com, net, org, info, biz, and us for good measure even though it's not a gTLD) These portfolios are packed with excellent names, even including some I paid $100 or more for.

PORTFOLIO 1: gTLD - 318 names

These names (mostly .com) represent a wide variety of names. Most are registrations directly resulting from my "Elite Delete" process of finding expired domains. Basically, I was able to find 80-120 domains per day that, if I had a lot of money to invest, I would register. Since I've always got most of my money already into domains, I generally only registered 1-3 domains or so, the very best names of the list. The sales I've been able to get from these names have been what's allowed me to really build my higher-end portfolio. It's now time to pass the reigns on these names and focus on selling the better names that I have, hence me selling this portfolio.

You'll find that there are some nice groups of names in here, like a bunch of 4-5 letter short brandables, gift domains, adware/spyware domains, car/auto domains, a bunch of domain related domains, etc. Some of those groups were registered by me after extensive research on terms and categories of names, what was taken and what was still available, search amounts and Google Results, etc. Basically, I heavily scrutinized nearly everything I registered, essentially replacing the money needed to really make it by in this biz with TIME, EFFORT, and EXPERTISE.

So, without further adue, here's that portfolio. I've renewed all names that would have expired in April, so all expirations are May 2007 and after.

PORTFOLIO 2: ccTLD - 47 names

This portfolio may only have 47 names, but I'll tell you right now that it packs a MAJOR PUNCH. I used to be hugely into ccTLD domains and would religiously check all the top keywords on iDotz.net, 1 by 1 a list of about 200 words, every single day for about a year. What I have left is not representative of names I was unable to get offers on, but names on which I was unable to agree to prices. I've had $x,xxx offers individually on a number of these, and have seen other extensions of some of these sell for mid to high $x,xxx, sometimes even $xx,xxx. See for yourself:

The .com portfolio offers a wide array of names that are all brandable and unique in their own way, and as you can tell I've had no problem selling those names. The ccTLD portfolio offers the power, 1-word keyword names. You could sell literally a couple handfuls of those names and make your money back, with the rest as icing on the cake.

Also, don't assume that because a low $xx,xxx offer on the 1st portfolio puts it at $35-$40 per name, you can offer that much for the best 10 names in that list. I spent $xxx to acquire some of those and didn't get in this biz to lose money!

I made this thread at work and compiled all of the expiration dates there. I don't feel like doing it again, so I'll post it when I go to work tomorrow. Let's just say average expiration date will probably be about 6-8 months out. The soonest expirations will be May, and there are some as far out as 2009.

I looked through his post again; it's long. This time I saw his comment on expiration dates. If it was originally there, I missed it the first time. I agree, he shouldn't have to post all the dates. I just wanted to make sure they weren't all expiring in the next few weeks, in which case renewal fees should be figured into the bid price.

Yea...I switched from my own wwd account to Fabulous once I got approved into premium there because they were cheaper, and I originally ordered at GoDaddy, so I have a sliver of names there either that I registered or that I bought from other people. Some names at Fab have literally been at both GoDaddy.com and Supur.com in the past!

TradeMyDomains.com is closing soon on Afternic, highest bid $300. Note that I also have TradeMyName.com and TradeMyNames.com, only a matter of time before the same buyer comes looking for those. I may soon be putting Age17.com on sedo auction as I'm negotiating with a bidder on there. Minimum bid on that will likely be $100. BIN on TradeMyName.com and TradeMyNames.com together is $400. BIN on Age17.com is $300. I've already sold Ecades.com and Artists.cc as well, and just before making this portfolio post in the first place, had just started escrow on another name I was going to include in it, TriviaStars.com, which bidding ended at $200 for. Get the picture? These names are selling well, and for a lot higher than the average price I would sell the portfolio at. BIN on Age17.com is $250 and well worth it, and Linkshells.com BIN is $150. It's a common term for an online guild of Final Fantasy XI players, of which there are still a TON.

SLASHED the BINs for each portfolio down to $16,000 for 24 hours only (afterwards will be back up to $20,000)! You could sell less than 20% of the names in each portfolio individually for the amount I'm asking for them. BINs are now EVEN LOWER, down to $14,000 for each portfolio. Age17.com closed at $160 on sedo and is pending sale there. TradeMyName.com and TradeMyNames.com are also pending sale for $250 each. So...I've made $1,555 worth of sales from these portfolios since I've posted them on 3/28/07, without nearly the time to market these like I used to have, and with IMO all the best names still being there, this is becoming a steal. What can I say though...when I need money I need money. :/

are all SOLD @ $150 each. I've now sold over $2,000 worth of domains from these portfolios in the approx. 3 and a half weeks I've had them posted, and that's only having sold 11 of the 318 gTLD names and 1 of the 47 ccTLD names. They are well worth their prices!
