I need legal help in virginia court on Default Judgement.

    Dear John Berryhill

    I'm Jinsu Kim from Korea.

Anyway, one of my domains is on virgia court in usa and korean court.

I failed to defend it at adndrc.org. and so I filed a court in korea. my registrar(GoDaddy.com) accepted korean court file. but the opposite company filed a court in virgia too.

I couldn't join and submit english response in usa.

I just have tried to defend it in korea court.

But I got emails from the complainant lawyer about motion for Default Judgement. I didn't know what is Default Judgement.

There is a hearing scheduled for March 21, 2008 at 10:00 am before Judge Buchanan at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.

I know that time is not enough to solve this situation in virginia court.

Although I lose in lawsuit, I want to appeal against the decision and more appeal to the Supreme Court.

There are many problems to attend virgia court from korea.

Any need helpful advice for me ?

    Thank you.

    Jinsu Kim

adndrc.org is most likely the party who is seeking to attain the name. So the same people that want to take the name away are the same people who make decisions in Korea on domain disputes should he move the name there. Talk about bad luck....
