Hi John,
I won a sedo public auctoin on May 12, 2010 for a CVCV.com. I wired the payment to sedo on the second day. Both Sedo and me tried to contact the seller for almost two months, , but didn't get any response from him yet. How can I request the seller to complete the transaction he promised ? Any input will be much appreciated.

Approximately, How much will it cost to file a lawsuit in this case ? What happen if I file a lawsuit but the seller never response ? Many thanks for your inputs
