顾问 means consultant.

Yes, but as ever it is not what the translation tools tell us, but what if anything the Chinese understand by it. Both get 4 Google Adwords each, and if anything I prefer the look of those presented using a search on the longer version. Don't forget to search on the local Google Tool.
