He said he "believes the meaning is surgical operation" - thus, I included that translation within the thread, I'm not sure whether or not Bill is fluent in the language.
However - I'm also partial to a Chinese dictionary that has been errorproof for me in the past.

As such, until I can get a native Chinese speaker to verify the correct translation, I will continue to include both as potential translations. And seeing as I offer a refund on all incorrect translations - there's nothing to lose.
I do not read or speak Chinese, the translation I had found was from Systranet.com. That is why I suggested that the word may have a dual meaning. Bill
