I have a few parked domains and they have not produced any return.
These days I always put up a website and they do more or less quite well as far as income goes.

Parked Domain revenues appear to be tanking across the board.
Even sedo's (Hosting my remaining orphaned Parked Domains)
revenues are way off lately.
Did Google pull off a coup across the parking universe when they pulled the plug on parked domains?
It sure seems like It affected everything falling under the parked domain umbrella.

I know, It's so easy to create web sites sites today, the effort is worth it
and the returns don't just vanish one day.
I need to make some calls tomorrow to some friends that used to 'kill it' in the parking
business.......could be some interesting conversations.
Google, yahoo, etc, make their money on selling good quality ad-placement for their paying customers.
And everyone hates landing on a parked page using google search. Including google hating it as it doesnt please their paying customers.
Makes sense, no?
So parking doesnt make sense? Yes?
(yes, parking SHOULD be dead, and keeping it alive is a no win for everyone including domainers)

Google pays less. sedo makes less, they pay less. Simple as that. It's the trickle down theory that ended sometime in 2008.
