Can somebody please help me translate what the meanings of these domains are?

Chinese

Japanese

The translation is correct!
Try to register "Simplified" Chinese IDNs if possible. They are much more valuable since that is the language of mainland China. Also, there is some variant blocking between simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese and often by registering one, it will block registration of the other.
