so you make a site and you place ó in the title....



why is it displaying as a stupid box in browsers when UTF-8 is selected?
(the current default for firefox and explorer)???

backwords from posts a few years old, if you select any of the western coding to view it ( ó ) displays properly....

but the whole idea of IDN is to capture some of the traffic that is using UTF-8 keyboards....

help or insight would be appreciated..
