Ah, that's a novel idea for an IDN. That's what I tried to point out in an earlier post. I don't like seeing people in eBay, here or anywhere claiming to own something they do not own, unless he really does own 0.com & 1.com. Otherwise there is a need to be clear and honest as to what the IDN really is. Cheers,

Unless they are an actual letters, numbers, or symbols in some language that can be typed, the value is 0 unless proven otherwise.
Exceptions: Symbols that have instant recognition value, ie. airplane symbol.com
If these are Burmeese, you have to ask yourself, how many people in Burma use the internet. Then think about how long you are willing to wait until Burmese start using the internet actively.
