It gets alot of overture cause there seems to be a portal on www.kaishoku.com which has 快食.com as their title. I would check to see if there is a trademark on this as they might already have rights on the .com .Originally Posted by opencg

http://www.jpo.go.jp/ is the Japanese Patent/Trademark office. I'm not saying there is a trademark but with that many incoming links etc it seems like it may be a popular portal however they have not updated the site in a while.
thanks for the link didnt seem to find anything relating to the site or characters whew!
快食 means "fast food", "instant food" etc....

My dictionary has it as "good appetite". The Overture score without the ".com" extension is very low (3,654) suggesting that the word has been popularised by the site currently promoting itself as "快食.com" i.e. kaishoku.com.
Fast food in Japanese is usually katakana i.e. ファーストフード, which has Overture of 24,239.
Instant food is more commonly インスタント食品, which has OT of 8,207.
JapaneseDomains.com - cheap .jp registrations, English language interface, no local presence required. Alphabetic & IDN names supported. Bulk pricing available.
Don't worry about any TM issues there. This is a Chinese generic domain (I hope you have regged it as a Chinese domain) which means fast food. You need to inform the site owner of kaishoku.com asking him to immediately stop use your domain name in his website. He does not own your domain and, without your permision, doesn't have the right to use it for any purpose.
