I think that german&swedish domains are not LATIN, neither spanish
By saying Latin, he means names that use the Latin or Roman alphabet, as opposed to script languages.

latin or roman languages are ONLY: spanish, italian, portuguese, french, galego, catalá, etc because their origin was the LATIN.
swedish, english, german, russian etc are not latin languages.
I don't want to muddy up this sales thread anymore; but all of the languages you mentioned use the Latin alphabet as their base; therefore, they are all Latin-based.
