.CA is very popular.
Perhaps you find many "good domains" because of this in your signature
"Rejected by TZ,SN,AA,Bigjumbo and hitfarm."
I can't help but believe the two statements are related
I've seen a few advertised but few sales. Definitely a "hold" scenario.

Only a small portion earn revenue. I'm lucky to have one that does. Ones worth money based on the numbers need significance as far as i'm concerned to hold resale value. A 3 number .ca may someday have value but keeping it registered for ten or more years may not be worth it for many choices. I can guess an insignificant NNN .ca could be worth reg fee. I hand regged several but expect to hold them as nameservers at best. Then I have another one I won't even entertain offers on. It pays for the reg fee on all my NNN .ca's through natural typin.
burp!
018 is an awesome one, oh wait I own it - heh, heh
Don't see much demand for nnn.ca right now, but they are all taken, so any demand will start to push up asking prices. I have a few but I only bought them because they were all getting regged. Kind of a buy first and think about it later situation. There are ony 1,000 possible combinations, demand for nnn.com is high, so .ca will follow eventually.
I remember checking and seeing hundreds of nnn.ca available less than two years ago, and I don't feel any remorse about not regging more (yet). Also think there is more use for letters than numbers in .ca domains, generally speaking. Not many popular .ca sites that have only numbers in the domain.
Like was posted earlier, NNN.ca are a 'hold' right now, don't drop any if you have them.
