It looks good right now, but this is only a few sales, and the people who bought them are probably really really optimistic. I don't see much people selling right now but when more people decides to sell, it might flood the market. The value for them right now for a random NNNNN.com definitely is not $20-$25.
But so far it does look like too bad.
I doubt the the market will be flooded considering Moniker owns close to 1/2 of all NNNNN, which makes only ~50k in the market. I bet most of the people that participated in the landrush won't sell right away. I've seen NNNNN going up everday in value. I saw a lot of $20+ deals today, which is very encouraging.
