Nothing under $300, I think this niche stood the recession pretty well. The prices weren't much higher before either.

i'd say that if anything, prices for NNNN.com's have increased somewhat in the last couple of weeks, in jan/feb it wasn't unusual to see a few go for $250, sometimes even less, and that was on sedo
