If someone were to turn their website into a company (i.e. via incorporation into an LLC or INC), and recieved an Employer ID Number, or EIN, (to open a bank account in the website's name) would any of the above information show up in an employee background check?

I am not sure exactly what you mean, but in order to incorporate in US, you must provide your personal info such as SS#. Also, I believe these data (owner of the incorporated company) are not private which means background check company should be able to retrieve them if they want to.
As for background check, most jobs don't really care unless they are looking for reason to fire you. I think I know what you are trying to ask... a lot of job doesn't allow you to own another company or moonlighting... If that's your concern, it will be your risk to take.
