    Best Caribbean or Indian Registrar?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to who is the best Caribbean or Indian Registrar?

I thought resellerclub was one but they have a US address in whois.

International registrars aren't exempt from WIPO and TM cases. For example, if you got Microsoft.co there isn't a registrar in the world you could have it at safely without the fear of MS filing a WIPO and taking it (assuming they have TM rights in Columbia).

True, but it's better than using a US-based registrar when you have the State of Kentucky going after your poker domains
