You should do exactly what error says:

Change chmod of those files to 777. You can do that easily through your FTP client.

I agree, that's what the error is saying, but...

I think setting those files 777 is a mistake. Even on a dedicated server, you're likely asking for trouble.

Find out what user your script is running as, and give that user rwx privs on those files, if you have to. But, you really want to avoid opening those files up to the entire world if you can.

Why not chmod 777 them during the installation and then 644 them back afterwards? The config_write.php needs to be 777, so the installation can write the correct details to this file. After installation you can just chmod them all back. No harm in doing so for the installation.

thanks everyone for the post but i have changed the files which asked to do 777 for it but now also some probs for me can u check it the files are showing the same thing and how do i start installation can anyone here tell me

if you are running on WIN host, maybe you can edit the scripts to ignore the error

okies fine but actually m not at all getting anything here so anyone here who can do it for me i can give him 3-5 $ for this work
or if he can give me other real estate script i can give him my site work
