Casale Media

Hi, I recently purchased a website with google and casale media ads. Well I redircted the google ads to my account but im new to casale media so I don't know if he should of given me the casale media account that had my website or should I request an account? Also, I used the admin login to remove the casale media ads but there is still some of casale's ads, on certain pages of my site, that I cant seem to find the code to delete it.... I have spent a lot of time looking for it through cpanel and the admin login but can't locate it, any suggestions?

Ok, well I have done that. But I still can't find where he placed that code at....
