Nope. You can push the domain to the receiver's account as long as the registrar has an internal push system. You can also park it to anywhere you like by simply updating it's nameservers, including sedo.

I am looking at registering an expired .com domain but have heard that with .coms you have to keep it at the registar you registered the domain with for 60 days. Does that mean I cant flip it to an end user or park it at sedo etc until those 60 days are up?
