and Autographed.net 2,000,000+ broad google keywords matches monthly

which I can... What would it do for me with a content site?

That really depends on how you monetize it. If you are talking about Parking, then its unlikely to rank highly in the search engines. If you develop it into a full blown site with proper SEO and good content, then its all about monetization. i.e. adsense, affiliate commissions etc.. Check out the adwords keyword tool for your CPC based on the keywords/phrases. This will give you a rough idea on the $ amount per click you could be earning.
