Ok I can get a wordpress theme and upload it, thats easy. But I cant seem to figure out how to get different types of scripts so that I can make random websites?
For example, is there a way to get a Forum theme? Or is there a way to get a theme where I can host videos like a youtube type site? Or a different things like that... Please help me

I think you want custom themes in which you need to upgrade first and get Hosting in order to add outside themes.
What you're talking about as far as functions like a forum is called a plugin. For a wordpress forum you can you use a free plugin like this: http://simplepressforum.com/
Just google the topic you are looking for with "wp plugin" and you should find it
