I'm concerned that posting my list of domains there will, if they get lowballed, affect what I can get for them.

Most likely you'll get a wide range since you'll have real humans giving the appraisals. Some will just go for resale value and others will give appraisals based on development potential.

I agree with the above comments - remember the approach of Rick Schwartz with regard to appraisals and valuations. The market and end-user(s) ultimately define valuation of a property (be it tangible or virtual) and that's where your bottom line is.
