domains deletion within 3 days of registering

my registrar charge me 1 $ for each domain i delete ...also i can delete within 3 days of registering after that i cann't delete

is that the same for all registrars

isn't there any registrar that offer free deletion

is there any registrars that offer deletion within more than 3 days like 4 or 5
