Does Anyone know of a good/user friendly site that shows every single .com and .net domains that drop each day?
Does any of the registrars still offer domain tasting?

Dynadot still shows info on deleting domains, but I am not sure if they still give refunds. It appears they do, but I am not sure since the policy change with dropping domains.
