    escrow.com fees

    are there free methods to withdraw the money after a transaction to transfer money to Canada or minimum withdraw cost is $60 wire only? Is my cheque free?

    Personally i prefer the wire... there is no hold on the money that way.

    if you have a good relationship with your bank they shouldn't hold your checks.

    They always hold checks in a different currency when it's a large amount.

    Relationship or not...especially if you deposit in a regular checking account.

    I would advise opening a US account.. Every canadian bank allows you to open a US account and it's free.. This way the bank can't screw you with their low exchange rates when the funds are wired in. You can get much better rates at certain forex places compared to the banks.
