Expiring Domain Advice

In the spirit of Karma and helping others.. would anyone care to share which lists they use to look for expiring names and deleted domains? How do you scan them for a search term, against a set list of wanted keywords and check for keyword popularity? Is there one central list for all registrars or do many have to be looked at? Have people had much success using programs such as DNT to scan the lists and do you do it on a daily basis? Which companies have agreements with the registrars such as NameJet+ do the domains go to Namejet before hitting the expiry lists?

Perhaps overloaded with questions there but just trying to get my head around this expiry process, thanks for any help!
