Hey all

I have a domain in mind. It expired yesterday %+| Expires:2004-08-29 . However I still can not buy it. Whois is still active. When will I be able to grab it, what date? :huh:

Yep, if it is .com or .net you still must wait through the onhold, redemption, and pending delete periods. if .org .info .us or .biz you have to wait through onhold and pending delete.

So anywhere from 45-120 depending on the releasing registrar. And if it's a great name, everyone here (or at least DropWatch.com Members) already knows about it

Try Snapnames or you have to wait until it drop from the registrar. Normally, it will be about 45 days from the expiration.
