What would a domain name with a high rank in a google search for a keyword such as online casino be worth? I am talking like top 5 ranking.

New to this and looking for some help.

Difficult to judge with out actually owning one and knowing the income from it. If it was mine, based against one I own which has no ranking, but gets around 100 typeins per day, I'd say no change from $250k and could easily go into 7 figures depending on traffic and conversion rate, though the proposed online gambling law changes in the US could have a negative impact.
