Question How To Buy or Sell A Domain?

I would like some detailed steps in how to buy a domain safely and to sell one.
e.g. what info would i need to transfer it to my domain registrar or to send it to the person that bought it. All advice would be appreciated. Also do you have to be making like 50,000+ a year to be a good domainer or can you do it even if your in highschool and have a part-time job? I just need advice on how to be a successful domainer. This topic interests me and I want to "get the ball rolling". Thanks Alot

Earning 50K year is not an easy task, you'll have to spend endless hours looking in expired domains lists
