How to create a parking company?

lol stupid question but just wondered and searched all over the internet but couldn't find any results.. does anyone knows how to create a domain parking company?

You start by obtaining a google or yahoo domain park feed. for this you'll need i believe 1 million searches per month minimum. maybe it has changed since a few years ago.

They don't hand out feeds to anyone. You also need to have some good generics to show the source of traffic.

Then you create the backend and look for customers!

Have enough traffic, dunno if Google or Yahoo, one of them want "only" 700k/month. Make a deal to get feed and You're IN.
