| it is a percent- with 1.00 beingg the maximum thresh hold-
also, we were discussngg this on namepros this week- the buyer can NOT use his charge card to fund tthe sale. so if you are doing a sale, and you want the buyer to pay with mass pay, the money has to be in the paypal account already. in other words, no cc chargebacks. | |

| PayPal should only take a maximum of 5% in fees (the highest I've paid is around 4.5%) - how come they are taking "most of" that amount?
Could you post the fee breakdown? (When viewing the transaction, press the question mark next to the total fee amount). | |
