How do you manage all the domains that you buy?

Assuming you have 500 domains and all are parked. Let's say 200 of them are on sale as well and out of this 200 say 50 are on auction and the rest is fixed price.

How do you manage those domains? I would think that you need a registrar with good bulk tools. Where do you sell them? How do you manage selling your names if there are a lot.

it certainly helps to have a registrar with bulk changes, there are also tools out there to manage a portfolio , but if you make your mind up what you are going to do with a domain right when you get it , which parking company etc, then its not really hard.

I actually use a notepad file that I update everyday. =] You must remember to keep up with this though.

Excel spreadsheets work great for this.
