How long to wait are we able to sell a newly registered domain?

Am I right that we need to wait 60 days before we can transfer/sell a domain?

I register my domain at Enom.

Am I able to transfer to another Enom account or other registrar immediately without waiting?

well the 60 transfer period applies if you want to transfer to another registrant...

But transfering your domian to another enom account wont be a problem...
