Try http://www.sparklit.com you need to pay, but don't have to worry about scripting or PHP since everything is hosted.

i don't think you need to know much about php to use their service.
you just sign up with them, and create your own poll.
then you just need to copy and paste a small code that they created
into your web site.
I wonder when polls are going to be used on DNF for those who don't want to take the time to write "regfee" but still want to say it.
