Does anyone have an idea as to the quantity of type in traffic for this type of domain would receive? Also an approximate value?
Thanks,

hyphen isnt that good unless it has really good keywords
Domaining to the max.
One simple question... have you ever type in a hyphen when you enter an URL?
there are some hyphenated domains that are ok, depends what you mean by "they are good"..first of all anything but .com I wouldnt even consider (except .de, they Love hyphens)...anyway..something like drug-rehab.com is ok, not great value, but ok...but something like game-gamers.com is just another useless .com
hyphenated-domains.com
I'm buying credit, banking, loan, insurance related generics in .com, .net, .org with high search volumes/traffic. Will consider typos too! - PLEASE PM with name, info, & asking price!
I own a few with great keywords
cellular-phonecards.com
california-home-info.com
health-dental-insurance.com
Toys on Sale - 70% off
depends on the keywords, check if the .com, net, org, info are gone. For example, New-York is good, Free-Games is good, most good two word combos are taken with the hyphen, just do some lookups.
more people and businesses will have to move to the hyphen to get the names they want. Ofcourse not having the hyphen is best but they do have a place, and work well for search engines.
