    Invalid Whois records

I found a very good domain for a friend of mine who would like to be the end user and holds a TM for the name.
Now, TM was given after the other person registered this .org name

I wanted to contact the owner and make an offer since the page is just parked. Invalid phone number, and email bounces back.

Now i read the following old thread about some names that were dropped / sent to auction because of invalid whois.
