Later I do a google search and there is a product called "GoodyCrapwads" and they have a lame Domain: "1AGoodyCrapwads.com".
Their site looks very professional
Immediately I see dollar signs... $5000 at least. They have no "TM" next to their name. Besides "Goody" and "Crapwads" are everyday terms. Am I likely to run into issues?
Do they have a case? Should I send them an E-Mail or letter from an Attorney so that know I'm not a nimrod?
Thanks | Doesn't matter if they don't have a registered tm. It's all about 'usage' in commerce.
