thought this may help people to upgrade.

im setting this thread up to start loaning out F$

it works by people requesting loans throught this thread.

people can also offer to pledge money in this " loan thread "

if you need a loan between f$1 - f$1000 to upgrade, submit to this thread.

1 ) you need to have more than 50 threads
2 ) the amount you borrow + you own F$ must equal upgrade cost.
3 ) you must upgrade!
4 ) interest is %30. ( eg borrow f$1000 payback f$1300 )
5 ) you must pay as soon as you have the f$.

if you would like to pledge money into this " loan thread "

1 ) min amount is f$500 max f$1000
2 ) post in this thread amount wish to donate

the person who pledges, gets back their money + %15 percent.

the other %15 goes in prize fund which "pledgers" can win every month

this all based on trust and people mis use this will at minimum be

"frowned upon"
