Buy great domains with existing traffic and park them. (Best option if you have investment capital)

Buy OK Keyword domains and develop them out into quality sites (Best option if you have skills and time).

    Hi

a domain that currently earns "$5 to $7 daily" = $150 to $210 per month or $1800 to $2555 per year.

the quality of that domain will/may/most likely, determine the yearly multiple a seller would ask..... and that also depends on who the seller is and their need or desire to sell.

figure that as a starting point if you're interested in purchasing domain names with traffic and revenue.

    Good Luck!

    imo...

Its a question of what is more plentiful; capital or time? Either one can produce profit if appropriated wisely.

    Good luck with it..

buy a $10,000 domain that gets 100 uniques a day and park it.
at 33% CTR and $0.20 a click you'll hit your target of $5-7 per day.

If you can't rely on the CTR rate for your domain build a site on it and do some smart link swaps. You can build PR and make more money with it than parking and best yet when flipping.
My 2 bits. Everything takes some effort (besides brainstorming the name). Build it out they will come.
