However how do I go about getting permission to make a site about him so I dont get sued for selling cd's or whatever. I emailed his official site and they didnt get back to me. Thanks for your help guys.
If you make a fan site about him, the risk of being sued is slim to none. However, if you start selling his CD's without permission you might certainly get into trouble.
The only thing you can do is call or email the contact info that shows up in the whois records for his official site's domain.
